Shipping charges

Free standard shipping is offered on eligible orders totalling US$100 or more. For orders below US$100, please contact us for a shipping quote before arranging an order. Import taxes or duties, where applicable, are separate from the shipping charge.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch an accepted order within 48 working hours, subject to stock availability and order checks. Dispatch time is separate from transit time. Weekends, public holidays and customs processing can affect the overall delivery date.

Delivery estimates

We will confirm the available delivery service and estimated transit time for your destination when handling your enquiry. The company registered office is not a statement of where every item ships from.
